Chidi is a dynamic leader at the helm of our team of highly skilled professionals dedicated to providing cutting-edge technology services that align with our clients' business objectives. Chidi brings to the table a wealth of expertise in IT systems, with a strong academic background. In 2012, he achieved a Professional Doctorate in Engineering (PDEng) in Software Technology, which laid the foundation for his thriving career. His years of industry experience in software design and development further sharpened his acumen. In 2016, Chidi was handpicked to join a startup in The Netherlands, where he embarked on a journey to build and lead an exceptional IT team from the ground up, showcasing his innate leadership abilities. It was during this time that Chidi's exposure to NetSuite began, as he spearheaded a rigorous ERP selection project and witnessed firsthand the successful implementation of NetSuite from the client's perspective. Before joining us at Prolecto, Chidi played a pivotal role as the Finance Systems Manager at another NetSuite customer, where he became a recognized expert in all things NetSuite. With a track record of delivering multiple high-impact customizations and integrations, he demonstrated his exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills. Additionally, Chidi streamlined practices for continuous delivery, audits, controls, and efficient NetSuite administration. Chidi and his team understand that, in a modern, highly-configurable ERP platform like NetSuite, technology must serve the needs of the business, not the other way around. This philosophy underpins our approach when gathering requirements, designing technical solutions, and implementing NetSuite customizations.
