NetSuite Sandbox is a Copy of Production
The NetSuite Sandbox environment is a copy of the Production environment. You may have multiple NetSuite Accounts in the Sandbox area. You may experience an issue where a freshly cut Production Account now as a Sandbox is inaccessible. Here is what to do.
Login to Sandbox with your Production Account
The issue is likely because your Sandbox Password and your Production Password differs. This can easily happen as NetSuite enforces password change policies. You need to get them synchronized.
Confirm you can perform this steps at the Sandbox (https://system.sandbox.netsuite.com/)
- Login with your email and your Production password. You should see your freshly cut Production account. If so, log out.
- Login with your email and your Sandbox password. You should see your other Sandbox accounts. If so, log out.
- Log back into the first one with your Production account. Change your password by clicking on “Home”, “Change Password” in Settings portlet. Now change the Production password to your Sandbox password.
- Log out and then log back in. All your accounts should be accessible.
- If all else fails, there is NetSuite Support.
I was searching for NetSuite Mobile App for Sandbox. Is there any separate mobile app for NS sandbox?
I may be mistaken, but I believe the mobile app can only connect to Production accounts. If you find different, let us all know.

Question: any way to see the last refresh date of a sandbox?

Thanks Marty, I did indeed find it just prior to your post. Turns out one of our developers was working on refreshing it about the same time I found my answer so I wasn’t able to get into it anyway because it was off-line. Go figure!

Actually, I am the Administrator of a Netsuite account but when I go to sandbox page there is a blank screen and I cannot see anything there. How do I solve the problem so I can see the sandbox details.
