This article is relevant if you are looking for the NetSuite Account Center but can’t seem to find it despite all your efforts.
Getting to the NetSuite Account Center
In order to get to the NetSuite Account Center in order to see support cases, support issues, and enhancement voting, the very first thing required is that you are assigned the security role via employee access. You will need to have a NetSuite Administrator assign you access.
Once you have access, you may need to logout and log in again. Then, you need click the Support tab which typically is located to the farthest right.
Portlet Jumping Off Point
From the Support Tab, a dashboard should draw with a small portlet which will take you to the NetSuite Account Center. It looks as follows. All of this is straight forward. But what happens if you can’t find this portlet?
Portlet is Missing from Dashboard
From time-to-time, NetSuite portlets don’t appear on the dashboard — even when the Personalized Dashboard says it is indeed on. When this happens, log out, clear the cache, and try again. This should clear up any issues and return the portlet. See related image.
