This article is relevant if you are curious about our firm and are interested in joining our organization.
Background
I founded the firm in 2003 and made a commitment to developing NetSuite expertise, given the platform reflects a near-perfect expression of my professional career:
- Core Accounting: I studied and obtained my Certified Public Accounting (CPA) degree and worked for the global firm Deloitte & Touche.
- Operations: I worked for middle market companies and produced numerous operational reviews evaluating and improving sales, inventory and fulfillment practices.
- Software Technology: I mastered business software development through design and programming in eCommerce, SQL Database, and Web applications.
The strategy to become deeply knowledgeable about NetSuite and how to help clients realize the promise offered by the platform has paid off. I am in gratitude to the Oracle NetSuite organization, our existing clients and, of course, our team. Our firm has grown in a measured fashion.
Business Growth and Leadership
While I see high demand for NetSuite-based implementation, innovation, and support services, I turn away business unless the fit is right. I carefully work with each of our clients, only making promises when we know we can deliver. Due to this commitment, we are known for recurrently solving the most complex NetSuite endeavors. Every day we are presented with puzzles that require genius and dedication.
I deliberately built a culture that holds high standards for care while I look to work with talented individuals that are mature, analytically strong, and communicate well. I watched the other NetSuite partners grow rapidly and deliberately chose not to be a sales-driven organization committed to growth for its own sake. Instead, I assessed that technical competence along with domain leadership was the scarcest market capacity — as such, finding and nurturing talent would take time and patience to build reliable client outcomes.
When asked, leadership is the primary ingredient we need to possess to ensure ongoing successful client outcomes. Leadership takes time to develop and is an ongoing commitment to refined narratives and improved practices grounded in judgment and ethics. As our practice grows, we continue to work on our configuration, which includes more management and systems (yes, we use NetSuite to run our services business) capacities.
SuiteWorld Meet Up 2022 Opportunity
When we have internal team discussions on what we care most about in our organization, our number one goal is improved delivery capacity. We are pleased that the Covid Pandemic appears behind us and that most of us are resuming traditional community activities. Consequently, our team will attend SuiteWorld to help deepen our skills and celebrate success with existing clients. Some may wonder why we will not have a show booth — as noted, we are not a sales-driven organization. We have sufficient demand, and I certainly do not want more interest in our services and then share we can’t help because our talent is taking care of existing commitments.
At the same time, I recognize that there are likely a few readers of this blog that seek to join a high-caliber delivery organization and be recognized for their unique skills. Accordingly, it makes perfect sense to see if we can get together at SuiteWorld 2022 to have team member conversations to explore mutual interest in career development.
I have created a page dedicated to this SuiteWorld 2022 offer to invite conversation with our team members and me. If you are going to the show and would like to get to know each other, I encourage you to visit this website to request a conversation.
Joining the Prolecto Team
You will recognize that this article is out of my standard practice for regular readers of the blog. I hope you see that I am committed to building more excellent expertise that can be delivered in a reliable and long-term fashion. The work I get to do with my team allows me to think of NetSuite-based innovation as a work of art. I am pleased that we have much longevity among our team members.
